My experience at Riata was pretty good. Most of the reviews on this website are extremely negative or positive. Riata was not the best apartment in the world, but it certainly was not that bad either. You could probably find a similar apartment for a little cheaper, but you can get a clean newer apartment at Riata with lots of amenities, many of which you probably will never use. I lived in Buena Vista and my neighbors were kind of stuck up older yuppies; however, they never really bothered me. I could hear the road from my room, but I am not extremely sensitive to noise.
