Have you found or seen any mold in your or friends apartments' And you been blamed that the cause was due to candles soot' When after complaining for 8 months, nothing is performed.
Do you have dents all over your car because the parking spots are too small'
Have you ever been afraid of maintenence snooping through your things' Or hardly ever leaving notes to tell you they had come by'
Well this is what happed to me while living at Riata! Nothing done but blame on the residdents.
I ended up having to get an attorney to fight the mold issue since the refused to move me with out putting down another deposit, dog deposit, signing a new lease, etc............
