I've had a really good experience at Riata. I live in Rock Creek, and I don't have even one complaint about my apartment. It's big, clean, and quiet. Materials and appliances are high quality, as are the gym and swimming pools. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The only difficulty I've had involves the amount of traffic between here and downtown during rush hour. Riata is not cheap, but if you can afford it and don't mind a slightly longer drive to work, you will not be disappointed. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
