I've had better quality carpets and paint in apartments half this expensive. My showers are effectively limited to 15 minutes, due a lack of hot water. The management seems to feel that this is quite alright, and everything is working famously in that department. Except, of course, for the 8-12 hours a month where they shut down the water to my apartment for maintenance that never seems to actually fix anything.

Ah, and there's a speed bump the likes of which I have never before seen. They've placed it on a 15mph road, but if you go any faster than 2mph (not joking here), you'll scrape the undercarriage of your car.

Recieved a notice today stating that I must place my garbage out for delivery ONLY between 6am and 9am on delivery dates. Otherwise, they'll be forced to fine me $25 per bag.

This seems to summarize the management's view of tenants: We're a nusaince that really needs to be kept in line, otherwise we'll think that for the absurd amount of money we're paying, we should actually have things like (gasp) 30 minute showers.
