Nice setting but that is about all. Don't be fooled by the model apartments. They are in mint condition. The rest are not. Mine had worn carpet that was pulling apart at the seams, the window blinds were all bent up, one toilet would not flush, and the bathtub would not drain properly. I guess this is why they would not let me see the apartment before renting it.
The security gates are for looks only. I had my car stolen from the parking lot.
Recently they changed companies that bill you for the water and my bill quadrupled. The management told me that this was not really a problem because we had been under-billed previously. Yet my bill was still 3 times higher than I have ever paid before.
Think twice before leasing here.
