The amenities are nice if you use them but not worth the price. Parking was always a nightmare the spaces are so small unless u drive a compact car. I was late to work several times when people blocked my car and i couldnt get in to mine since the cars next to me were blocking my doors. Too Pricy and my rent was shooting up by $50 if I resigned. Found a better place to live for cheaper with covered parking. Staff always seemed too busy and felt as a bother each time I went in there (and they were few).
