Three years ago, when I moved here, I thought I'd found the Palace of all apartment complexes. Recently, this place has been bought and I've been informed that my rent will be going up between 60-90 dollars for my renewal. Whether you're a manager or a resident reading this, that is still a huge price jump. This continues to be a very nice community, however, I'm not sure almost a hundred dollar jump in rent is worth it considering what I'm already paying. If you have the money to spend, then yes it is a wonderful place.
