Riata is not worth the price premium they are asking on top of many other nicer apartment complexes.
First, location isn't good as it is far from mopac and I35 highways. There are many nicer and cheaper complexes around mopac area.
Parking space is not enough and the management is very unresponsive. My emails to both village management and the headquarters never received a reply. They just don't care about your satisfaction after you move in.
The gate is a nightmare, most of the time it doesn't work. The gate does not provide any safety whatsoever.
Definitely not recommended.

as long as the gate doesn't lock you out or in (i.e. they open it when it's broken)...
Has anyone felt safer from the gate at their complex? How many times have you let the guy waiting in the drive follow you in?
