Maintenance problem, how about moving in first day the shower water is either too cold or extremely hot and then because it is a Saturday and a holiday you have to wait until Wednesday because they don't consider it an emergency!
So expect basic necessities such as taking a shower to be questionable here....Should have done better research :(
Oh, and I live in the most expensive apartments they have, it makes me wonder if this is the treatment given at all apartments...

A malfunctioning shower an emergency? Come on. It's unfortunate it was broken when you moved in, and doc them for that. Don't hold it against them that you deiced to move in over the Christmas holiday. (Judging by the date on the review and the two day holiday.) Point of fact for everybody, even though it may be convenient never move into an apartment on the weekend. If theres a problem you have wait until Monday. In fact, never sign the lease before you walk through the unit and check it out. The office will probably complain and say they can't give you the keys until you sign the lease. An easy fix, "fine, you come with me."
