Lived in Riata for 6 months now.

I think the rent is completely reasonable, especially given all the amenities. Sports and gym facilities, workout classes of all types, monthly socials, recycling bins, car wash stations, locked gates, free package holding, free close parking, right off 183, close to malls and shops, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin.

They always respond immediately and efficiently to every maintenence call we've made. The walls are very soundproof- we would never know we had neighbors! The grounds are kept clean and trim.

It's not perfect, but it is apartment heaven for me.
