Nice pool and amenities. Been living here for a couple of years. Nice gym and walking trails. Lots of trees and they keep the grounds looking really good. Lots of social activities during the month. The only drawback is the fridge is really loud and when it runs it makes a lot of noise. I can hear the noise in the living room. Also the air conditioning system is pretty loud as well. I have had trouble with loud tenants in the past here but moved to another community and do not have loud neighbors anymore. The management has always been nice and quick to respond to maintenance issues. They do charge you fees to move to a different community if you decide to do so and that is the only other thing that I have had to deal with.
