Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Riata has pretty good Gym and Swimming pool and few amenities. But Riata's security is not good. There were lots of burglaries and car broken incidents in last 2 years i have been living there. I will be looking forward to move out at the end of my lease if Riata does not increase the security measures. Riata's rent is higher than other apartments in the same area, so they should spend some money to increase the security such as they can have security alarm in the apartments or have some security guards. But they don't have that.
So, i would say, it is not as good as it should be. Not worth paying this high rent for this kind of low secured area.
