The office and maintenance staff are nice and effective. There is ample parking. The trash dumpster is covered nicely with vines (not an unsightly brown/green dumpster) and is easily located near the front of the complex as well as the mailboxes.
There are no kids riding bicycles through the parking lot or screaming; instead, very serene. The pet policy is strictly enforced and any complaints are handled accordingly.
