You gotta be crazy to live at Riata. Paying over $1600/month I had: no heat or ac in 1/2 of my apartment, a constant battle with bugs, totally worn out appliances, a constantly mud soaked backyard because they wouldn't fix sprinklers, a beautiful village pool that I had to clean myself in order to swim in it, dog poop everywhere and to top it off ... they robbed me blind when I moved out taking my security deposit and then some. When I said I was moving because it was cheaper to just buy a house ... the village manager said that she was surprised at how much rent folks were willing to pay. I just helped a friend move into another apartment complex and was amazed at how clean the grounds were and especially how clean the pool was. Do yourself a favor and look around.
