Nice Area, Decent Rent, Not that bad.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Management: Friendly and nice (to me at least), donno why the other guy had so much anger against them.
Amenities: Pool a bit too small for laps. Closed for 3 to 4 weeks for renovation. Signs were posted. Donno why the other guy's so mad about it. Gym, ok. Not the best, but ok. Laundry, I have no complaints so far.
Rent: A bit on the pricy side for my taste.
Parking: Generally good.
Safety: I haven't been mugged so far. And feel safe thus far. I have no crime statistics tho. You gotta find out from the police yourself.
Convenient: Definitely. 1st FW stop to UT (we get the seats, while the others stand hehe). HEB, Post Office, GNC, Blockbuster, Photocopy service, Bank of America ATM, Frost Bank, Eckerds, Great Clips right across the street. Gas Station close by too.
