I must say that I am very suprised by the bad reviews against the office, maintnence, and especially the manager. All of which were great. Last summer when you could walk in the office, and it would always be busy...They still did they're very best to get to everyone as soon as possible. Also, I myself, a former maintnence man, must say I am impressed by the haste the maintnence staff fixed problems with. They were very considerate, fast, reliable, and high quality in they're jobs. The apartments are beautiful! Now, I am very disgusted by the cruel and untruthful comments about the manager. She seems like a very professional person to me. Her temper might be short, but she abides by the lease under every circumstance, no exceptions. Last year, when I was first moving in, during june. There would be days where 5 or 6 residents would come in complaining about late rent, or losing jobs, etc etc. She didn't play favorites, you sign the lease, you stick by it. Very lawful and respectable. The only problem was a person named Samantha who always seemed to be talking on the phone or doing something personal...But she is gone now.
