I've lived here over two years because I was retarded.
I agree with all the complaints that were posted because I had the same problems as they did: horrible management and maintenance.
This is Texas. The AC must work properly during the summer or it is not livable, however, the Ridge management does not care as long as their AC in their office is working fine.
Don't get carried away by the nice model homes and their fake friendliness.
One time I wanted to scream "DON'T LIVE HERE!!!" at the potential tenants riding a golf cart to check out the property.
