Since I began living here I have gotten the chance to see what it is suppose to be like living in a nice side of Austin with caring apartment management. I have been here for over a year and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. The maintenance is quick but done right. There is plenty of parking and a ton of community events that really create a community atmosphere. I met a few people who go to UT that I made friends with. It's a great place to call home.
