I have been a resident for a little over a year now, and I must say that the The Ridge is the nicest apartment complex in the Far West Area of Northwest Hills. I have toured some of the other properties in the area, hoping to find a cheaper rate, and although the rates may be some what cheaper, the quality of the properties are terrible. The management at The Ridge is very professional and friendly, especially Ryan and Sarai. I felt that I was a threat to my previous apartment complex management team, and I was afraid to ask for anything. That is not the case here at The Ridge, I feel that I can go to any of the The Ridge staff if I have a problem or question. The maintenance staff on the property is also top quality and very fast. After college I plan to move back to the Dallas Metroplex area, and I intend to live in a BH Managed property. I will not reveal who I am, but I will just say I live in a one bedroom on the back of the property. I definantly recommend this property to anyone who is moving to the Far West area.
