If the exterior looks old, why did you give the apartment a five in that area?
This isn't a secret, there is a huge billboard on guadalupe advertising the place. I don't know anyone who has renewed their lease, either, but I know five families that have moved out.
My ridge apartment's new remodeling has fallen apart. And the office staff is busy posting fake reviews on the internet, apparently.
Lame.
