Everything about this review is from the perspective of a person sitting in the management office. Nothing about the actually, ya know, apartment. It's hard not to conclude that Ben probably wrote this. I live at the Ridge, and while Ben (does he even still work there?) wasn't unpleasant, he was an awkward guy and it's just hard for me to see someone going out of their way to make that comment.
The Ridge is actually a nice apartment, and while I did have some trouble with the maintenance, the service here is definitely better than at some apartments. The staff are also fine. It just comes across so poorly when a rating looks fake.
