Ridge management is a bit deceptive in saying what they will do and then not following up. Ridge management will not provide management company contact information. Apartment repeatedly floods...one time I asked for help...they just tried to dry the carpet for a week with blowers and then took a little bottle out and quickly sprayed several areas of the carpet for "sanitation" of the flooded area. It took one month - 5 calls and two visits to the office to finally get a call back from Ridge manager. I see a car that has been broken into about once a month. On the other hand, reasonably priced, good location, on the UT shuttle.
