Apartment and maintenance good - office staff is terrible

I've lived here two years and I have been happy with parking, overall appearance of apt. and w/d connections in a 1 bedroom. But, the office staff has seriously done a 360. When I moved in they were great. Now, they are rude and inattentive. I used the online tools to avoid calling or going by.

Totally agree. I only live here because of the location, but I have to say the office staff is making me consider moving early than expected. There is a constant change of property managers and the staff is totally hard to deal with. I would run away from renting here unless you love the location. They will screw you over somehow.
