We lived here from 2003-2005 and really enjoyed it. They are probably the nicest ones in the Far West area and you do pay more for that aspect. Some of the other apartments in that area are really falling apart and filled with noisy tenants.
We moved because we needed something bigger. They are small apartments but pretty nice on the inside for the most part.
I think these apartments are good for responsible college students.
We had maintenance issues but they were usually taken care of and the office was more or less great, especially Veronica! If she still works there then thats definately a plus. They really helped us out and were very flexible and personable.
We had friends who lived here at the same time as us and they did not like the apartments. They had a completely different experience and had a problem with mold in the bathroom, but we really enjoyed our time spent at the Ridge.
