I lived there for about a year. Ridge has two phases..one is newer, I believe.
I think the first one is o.k, according to my friends. I lived in the 2nd phase(it's further down) and my apartment building was right next to swiming pool and a fitness room. I lived on the 3rd floor and it was sooo hot in the summer and sooo cold during the winter. Electrical bill was way too high...

Worst problem was sound proof. You could hear EVERYTHING! I even heard my neighbor snoring. I heard guitar sounds from below, sex sounds... You could just hear everything.
So people were complaing about noises, but there's nothing they can do. I was so stressed out I just moved out.
I found another person who leaves there, and he said it was so bad that he was going to move out.
