What use to be a nice laid back complex for those who wanted to live near downtown and the greenbelt for a cheap price, has turned into an overpriced apartment complex that is trying to look new w/ cheap paint, old windows, and cheap renovations. The complex is a mess w/ having constant construction on it.. Which means, your electricity and water being turned off several times a month with out notices to the residents.. The property management is probably the worst team of idiots to top it off.. These people do not care if you have lived at this complex 10 yrs plus or if you just moved in. Regardless, they will treat you like crap and shun your concerns about your apartment... There are other apartments near that are worth paying more for to avoid this scamming complex... I'm moving out and sooo sooo happy! I will miss being near the greenbelt though.. Only plus for this place.....

Given that The Ridge is nowhere near the greenbelt nor particularly close to downtown, this reviewer is either a fake or mistaken. Mapquest it for yourself--the greenbelt is south and The Ridge is on the north end of town.

Well, Bull Creek greenbelt is close by, but not that close. I've lived here for over a year now and I love living here. Yes, it is a bit overpriced, but considering all of the ammenities close by, and that it's a safe neighborhood, it's worth the extra money for some peace of mind. The person who wrote this review obviously does not live here. I've never seen any construction ON the complex. The leasing staff are VERY friendly and helpful. This is someone who is obviously disgrunted because he/she have been evicted. Don't pay any attention to this review.

This review seems to be for "The Ridge at Barton Creek", not for "The Ridge" that this page is about.
