Avoid the Ridge!

Over priced and outdated, I moved out after finding that I was being grossly overcharged and there are many Far West alternatives that are of significantly greater value. Ammenities, appliances, fixtures, etc are woefully outdated and prone to failure.
Also, the Ridge is located on the INBOUND UT shuttle side (so it takes longer to go through the neighborhood before heading to campus). There are many many apartment alternatives located on the OUTBOUND side -- straight shot to campus.

I always appreciated the Ridge being the first shuttle stop. It only adds 5 minutes to the trip but it usually guarantees a seat. When I lived near one of the last stops I usually had to stand for the 15-20 minute ride to campus.

I live at the end of the route. It is true that during peak hours, it is always standing room only for us. Also, some bus drivers like to take us to the Ridge stop on the way home and just sit there for 3-5 minutes to "get back on schedule".
