Move - in:
Our keys didn't work, the carpets were new, but the place wreaked of smoke (i am in the process of quitting, so this was a major pain.) and it took them 3 months to do something about the smell. the refrigerator had old food in as did the disposal that was incredible broken. the sinks were torn up, the vinyl flooring was peeled up in places. the sliding doors had dog snot waist high, and the walls were chewed waist high. we had to repair the toilet so that we could use it.there was dirty mismatched contact paper in the drawers, that was peeling up, along with food items left in them.

Parking:
we moved in 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare - both of our cars (new) were vandalized in the first week, as we had to park outside of the "fence" I have parked inside the "fence" a total of three times, and have had to park in handicap spots outside of the fence because it was my only option, numerous times. when i spoke to the management, they told me that i could purchase a garage if i wanted.
Fence:
I have uploaded a picture the fence that use to advertise as a gated community. it is not even fully surrounding the property - there are many breaks that a truck could drive through with room to spare. there have been 3 broken into cars since we moved here our 2 vandalized cars.
Trash:
They MAKE you use a valet trash service at $22 a month. it took us 2 months to get them to pick up our trash, and if it's raining, they don't come. they also only come sun - thursday.
Dumpster:
There is a constant assortment of furniture next to the dumpster (mattresses, couches) that are left to rot for months. I have repeatedly asked management what they are doing to fix this, and i'm told "i don't know" every time.
Noise:
this is party central. i work late nights, and when I try to sleep, I can hear my rude neighbor talking loudly on his balcony at least twice a week until all hours of the morning. then, when I wake up, his dog starts barking as soon as he leaves (7AM most of the time) the apartment, and doesn't stop until he gets home. Management won't fix this problem either.
Appearance:
It was ok until another neighbor parked their vespa in the hallway, and decided that when the trash service didn't collect their trash that they would just leave it in the hallway.I was told by management that there is really no rule against the vespa, and surprisingly they dealt with the trash.
Gym:
when the equipment isn't broken, they clean the carpets with a cleaner that is so strongly scented that you can't even breathe, and all of the windows are bolted shut.
Don't move here.
