Big disappointment!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year! It has been one big disappointment after antoher. My biggest complaint is the staff. They act as if they can't be bothered when anyone calls or comes into the office. When asked for help or information they do little or nothing to help the residents. For example, we had ants in our apartment. When I say "had" ants we still do to this day! The ants have built a nice cozy home on the outside of our study window. The ant bed is HUGE and started pouring into our window and onto our window seal and carpet a couple of months ago. The ants were everywhere!!! When I called the office I was told that the ants were not an emergency and I would have to wait another 4 days until the scheduled spraying day. The most amazing part is that they stated it had been done a week later, but when I went outside nothing had changed. The ants were still parading on my window sile. I called again and finally they came out and knocked the bed down and put some unmarked substance on the bed. So there is my sad story. We still have the ants outside our window to this day. They are still coming in and rebuilding their home.

The moral of this story: Ridgeview has no customer service skills. Ridgeview has difficulty following up on tasks and making sure they are done properly and in a timely manner. Ridgeview should train there staff to be curtious, friendly, and knowlegable about their job. For example, if asked what time a yoga class is: the proper response is... "I don't know but let me find out for you." Not just sit on the phone perplexed. Ridgeview employees should park in unmarked parking spots like everyone else. If you feel the need to have employee parking then specify a section. New resident parking wasn't intended for employee's to get a great spot.

My last one is really great! Ridgeview should be careful with the handling of their rent checks. I had to bring a money order and someone forgot to log the entry...maybe the accountant''' Therefore the office called stating I had missed a month's rent. It all worked out and the problem was resolved, but imagine the panic I was in.

In closing, I only live here because the lease is short and my apartment is amazing. A word to the wise...don't move here for the service. If the apartment moves you then go for it. But if asked to do it again I would drive right by Ridgeview.
