I think that the only people who write nasty reviews are ones who are unhappy and maybe they just like to complain...But seeing the good and the bad in ANY place you live is only fair. Just like living in a home, if you are late on your mortgage you pay late fees.. end of story. SO they should not take it out on the apartment complex. Ridgeview is a nice place to live. The location is great it's close to everything.

Well I think Ridgeview is awesome! I go to the resident events several times a month including a Happy Hour with free food and beer/wine they give us. I get to use free valet trash service since I don't go to the compactor. I am glad they added the new parking spaces and admit the parking has been much easier. I always find a space now.

The new manager is great. The old manager was not and either was the old staff. I think you should give the new people in the office a try, they are always nice, helpful, talkative and ask how I am when I go in the office. I see them do that to other people too. Once I had a package and the manager asked me if I needed help brining it to my car. She opened the door for me and helped me load it into my trunk.

The pool and fitness center is always clean. They have free yoga,pilates and spin classes which I take advantage of. The apartments are HUGE and nice!

As far as apartments go, this is the best place I have ever lived. All places have their drawbacks, but the overall experience it what it's all about.

Its worth it to me to live at Ridgeview.
