They keep their word

I have been living here for two years now and I will tell you it hasn't been the easiest or nicest two years.
About a year ago I was going to move out because my lease was going to expire and I get a knock at the door from the new manager.
She was very polite but after dealing with previous manager's and a staff that obviously never communicates with one another (CLUELESS)I was fed up as I'm sure other residents were as well.
She invited me to a meet and greet with Ice Cream Sundae's (A way to break the ice) and I accepted out of kindness.
There were many upset residents there which I felt sorry for the poor lady.
Many of us had been through a tragedy with late night parties, fights and gang bangers.
The new manager promised change.
She asked us to give her a chance and she would guarantee a change for the better.
I will tell you me and my son thought it over and we said OK but sign us up for the shortest lease possible.
I couldn't believe it I would see her out on the property at all times of the night monitoring things and delivering notices and before you know it this has turned into one of the "NICEST" properties to live at.
I have an opportunity to buy a house so I will probably move soon.
But you can rest assure that living at Ridgeview will be great.
The manager is very understanding and will go out of her way to help you.
Just let her know your concerns and she will see to it that you are happy.
She doesn't take crap from the hoods.
She really cares.
