This apartment has been bought out and torn down, but I enjoyed my brief stay there.

- Expensive rent, but it included water & trash.
- High electricity bill.
- Furnished.
- Parking with permit.
- Maintenance was good.
- Lighting inadequate, both indoor and for the complex.
- Frequent noise from college parties.
- Could hear neighbor's cell phone alarm.

However, the great location near school and being on the shuttle route trumped all the negatives. Marquis knew this, so management refused to negotiate on rates.
