large suites, close to UT, average management

Management is not very quick to respond to problems, but they try to fix them as opposed to just patching them up. The layout is very eye-appealing; the pool tended to very well. Roaches were a problem. The biggest negative would be the parking. There is no guest parking or temporary parking at all, so friends or family who visit will have to walk or park down the street. Towing is constantly enforced. It?s a one minute walk to the law school and about 15 minutes from the UT tower. Security is also a problem. The windows are VERY easy to break into, and it is a constant hassle to lock the windows every time I leave the apt. There?s no seperate thermostat, so the temperature flucates widely. The a/c and heat also breaks down alot. The 2/1 suites have a very nice layout with huge bedrooms. There's no dishwasher though.
