Roaches and problematic management

The management at River Oaks changed in 2001 or so. It is led by a woman called Lori Enloe who will NOT return your deposit however well you might clean the place. She can only be described as an extremely problematic, vindictive, female with issues. We all know the 5-letter word for that. At one point she circulated a memo: "in order to serve your concerns better(!!), from this month onwards we will not pay any of the utility bills - electricity, water, trash, gas". Just like that, in the middle of the lease! I've heard from others that she is especially rude to non-white people. Not only that, the place is simply infested with large flying roaches. You will have them buzzing around you in the evenings. To say the least that didn't work for me.
