I didn't live at this particular complex, but had the same management company. The office is never open, they take days to return your calls, let alone come by to fix the problem. I had rats get into my apartment from the nasty next door neighbors, and it took three weeks before they came to fix the problem. They also try to keep all of your deposit no matter how clean your place is. Had my apartment professionally cleaned and took pictures, and they told me that it was trashed. When I threatened to sue i got most of it back. Don't live in anything run by Ranier Management.
