I did not live at this location, but I lived at Warwick Apts. (which I just added to this website- 2907 West Ave, Austin 78705) and it was the worst apartment experience I've ever had. The management was completely unprofessional, rude, and rarely responded to any of our maintenance requests. My roommate's car was broken into in the middle of the day and her radio was stolen (most parking is in an alley frequented by transients). We cleaned our apartment well upon move out, but have been accused of trashing the apartment. According to them we left the garbage disposal with glass in it, had a pet that peed throughout the apartment, and we "tore up carpet". These claims are outrageous and, despite our photographs, are difficult to disprove (except for the "tore up carpet" claim). After withholding our $750 security deposit, management still claims we owe $350 more. Part of these charges include past due late fees I'm confident we do not owe (we paid rent late once...only one day after the due date!). These people are liars and frauds and unless you do not mind risking a legal battle (like the one my roommate and I are currently dealing with) do not live under this management!!!!!!!!

Last note...complex did have pool while we lived there, but after a few months it was drained, filled in with concrete, and potted plants were set on top of it. However, they failed to remove the no diving and 3 feet signs as well as the pool rules. TACKY!!
