Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
here are the bad things:
terrible management, roof leaks ALL the time, roaches, smells bad (old and musty), no dishwasher, mold, rats chewing the electrical cord, terrible parking

good things: close to campus, a 25 min walk to guadalupe and about 10 min away from stadium.

overall, don't live here...it sucks and i hate everyday coming home to our crappy apt.
