Don't live here!

My biggest complaint about River Oaks is the office staff. They have been inappropriate and a pain to deal with in every situation I have encountered. I have given them chance after chance and it has not improved. Also, they require a 60 day written notice to move and increase your monthly rent by $150 when you renew your lease with only one weeks notice. It is poor business and very distasteful in my opinion to tell someone that their cost of living is increasing by such a large amount with only a week to attempt to readjust their budget and decide where they will be able to live. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
