Rainier has come along and saved a great piece of Austin History. I can't wait until the re-hab is done to move in. I love that they restored this property rather then sell to a slum-loard or tear it down. The model is amazing. Very modern... Stainless Steal Appliances, W/D hook ups, modern landscaping, New Cabnets, walls, floors, everything redone.

Looking forward to the opening!

Did you ever move in? If so, are you glad you did? Reciting the Rainier marketing brochure before moving in is one thing, actually living here is another. If you still live here please let me know your apartment number so that I can come introduce myself, I'd love to meet someone who is happy here because so far everyone I've met that lives here hates it and can't wait to move out.
