Rainier = Managment from Hell

This is a very old building that was built in the 60s. They lure you in with descriptions of "60s retro chic" and the like. But we had major problems with it. Our windows and the windows of 4 other units do not open and are prone to heavy condensation. This is because it is a single pane, not a double pane. The wetness caused mold to grow on the windows and gave us allergies.
Our A/C/heat didn't work the majority of the time. We were often freezing cold in the winter and sweltering in the spring.
The bathroom has no vent and gets humid after hot showers. Stale air gets trapped in there, and there is a moldly smell.
**MAINTENANCE AND STAFF ARE TERRIBLE.
1) They said they would fix our windows. Many people came to look at it over several months, and nothing ever happened.
2) They don't alert you when they shut off the water, which can happen multiple times a week.
3) When you call to ask them about a problem, they don't give you a time frame for fixing it.
4) In general, you are not treated as a valued tenant.
YES, it's pretty. The landscaping and wood floors are very nice. The kitchen is also new. But aside from that, it's hardly worth the price.
