After reading the reviews below I was admittedly worried about the experience I would have with management. I can honestly say I have had a VERY positive experience thus far. Either the reviews below are wrong, or management has changed drastically; either way, living here has been a great experience. Management has been knowledgeable and available to answer questions. Our only maintenance request we've needed so far was addressed in less than 48 hours. The location is fantastic, the apartment has some very nice upscale facets, and the community has been respectful (no noise or other issues) and otherwise fun to live in. Best of all, the walk to campus (and particularly the law school) takes only minutes. I would recommend River Oaks to anybody looking for a reasonably priced, upscale place to live, in one of my favorite areas of Austin.
