I have lived in River Oaks for almost a year and have been pleased with this complex. The reports about the staff are dead on. They know you on a first name basis and are courteous and helpful. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was resolved in a timely manner. The only complaint I have would be with the access gates. You dont have a remote to aim at the gate you have a cheap card that has a sensor to open the gate. Of course you almost have to ram the gate to get the gates to open. That is if the gates arent broken which is frequent.
