I lived at River Oaks for a little over a year and a half, it was a fairly pleasant experience. However, after I moved out, I called the Manager to discuss several fees they had charged me. This was obviously a sensitive subject for her as she started the conversation very defensively, and when she could not answer my questions she began to yell and would not let me finish my sentences. Though I told her several times I would pay the fees I just needed to know what they were for, she still preceded to yell. It was a horrible experience, I have never been treated like that. I would not recommend River Oaks to anyone who expects respect as a customer.
