I have lived here for over 2 years and it's not the manager it's the assistant manager who says she is the manager because I have had a similar problem and when I asked her who she was she said the manager and later I found out that she was only the assistant and when I spoke with the leasing person she told me who she really was. I also would like to state that I loved living at River Oak but the assistant has to tone it down and she needs to think of the reason as to why she is there in the first place. We all have problems and River Oaks should not be blamed for her bad days cause it is a very nice place to live and I loved it as I stated before just work on the assistant and you will have it together. Someone told me about this website so I decided to let everyone know. The location is great and its always clean and it has a nice pool and fitness room. Not everyone has to be blamed for the assisant's behavior but she really needs to tone it down and have caring feelings for us.
