River Oaks formerly Jefferson at River Oaks
AVERAGE RATING

I recently moved out of River Oaks. This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. I was new to Austin and only looked at a couple places. Unfortunately my wife liked River Oaks. I don't know who the manager is, but everytime I go to the office someone is rude to me. I think it is something that they must be taught. Or maybe they think if they are rude you won't come back and ask more questions. Aparently this is a common problem because most of my neighbors shared the same frustrations. If you are looking for a nice apartment with a friendly staff look elsewhere. Within a mile of River Oaks I found two apartments that were $100 less a month and 150 sq. ft. larger. Plus they had more amenities. I felt like I had been raped for an entire year. If you read this it is up to you to believe it, but I promise you that you will agree with me if you move there.

I have to disagree with you because you can't find a better group of people and they are always so very helpful. It's ashame that you feel that way.
