I've only lived at River Oaks for about 4 months but I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful experience thus far. I've lived in several apartments in the past and in some way or another they always turn out to be a nightmare. Something I can't handle dealing with is horrible/rude management and leasing people. Everytime I deal with the office here they are really friendly and sincere in wanting to help you and for me that is the most important aspect of apartment living. They truly seem to care about their residents and let's face it, that's hard to find these days. I would most certainly recommend River Oaks as your next home for anyone who appreciates good customer service.
