Parking is a Nightmare

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Parking at Riveroaks is a nightmare, you will not get a parking space at your complex if you arrive after 9pm.

It has been discovered that there are residents that violate the lease frequently by having long dragged out sleepovers by their friends/relatives/significant others and therefore the parking spaces are all taken.
