Security Officer is a MOOCHER

The security officer on duty gets subsidized rent. With that in-kind payment his duties should be to keep the peace on the property. Instead, he takes the "payment for services" and refuses to do anything for the residents. It is very sad to see a TRAINED Law Enforcement Officer not respond to matters of "crime commission" on the property. So if you intend to live at Riveroaks, be prepared to be victimized and not cared about.
