A new gate system was installed 6 months ago with a new system where the guest calls the apt/person to let them in. We were told that it was going to be a costly effort. Well, after installed, you try contacting a person and the phone numbers were put in incorrectly, and mgmt gave up and left the gates open all day 7a-7p. So much for the costly gates that never worked!

You are an idiot! They are not security gates first of all, and if you paid attention they kept them open for high traffic times and when they were in the office. Maybe you should read your notices...like I did.
