The place is filthy with cigerette buts in the entrances. During a new year's celebration in one of the buildings, the spray of crazy string remained in the 1st floor landing for a month!
The place in not well kept, that is a reflection of lazy management. They spend high dollar on expensive furniture for their offices(and keep remodeling everytime you turn around) but no money is spent on a grounds keeper.
